We appealed to the tribunal. A renewed review included interviews in Ashkelon and Bangkok, and we continued representing the couple.
The outcome
Entry was initially approved subject to a guarantee, followed by a B/1 work visa. A May 2018 update reported that Nat had received A/5 temporary residency and an identity card.
