We filed an appeal and requested interim relief before the Jerusalem Appeals Tribunal in case 2968-19.
The outcome
On 12 June 2019 an interim order suspended enforcement and preserved A/5 status. This provided protection during the proceedings, not a final decision on humanitarian status.
