Judith was initially refused entry to Israel. Later, a request to upgrade her work visa to temporary residence was also refused.
Our work
The firm represented the couple in both disputes and brought appeals before the Appeals Tribunal.
The outcome
After reversal of the entry refusal and an appeal concerning the status upgrade, Judith was approved for temporary residency. An August 2020 publication shows the couple after receipt of the identity card.
