The background

Tony’s application for his first identity card was refused because the authorities said his centre of life in Israel had not been established.

Our work

The firm guided Tony through the application and pressed for it to be handled by the Tel Aviv bureau.

The outcome

The authority reconsidered its position and issued Tony an identity card.

About the firm

Years of work on individual cases

Ellison Mozes has operated since 2007. Attorneys David Ellison and David Mozes handle visa, citizenship and family status applications in Israel and represent clients before the Population Authority, the Appeals Tribunal and the courts. These stories cover outcomes at different stages, from entry approval and protection from removal to residency and citizenship.

These stories are based on the firm’s publications. Each case depends on its circumstances; a result in one case does not guarantee the same outcome in another.
