The couple’s application was refused over doubts about their relationship. Following an initial appeal, Natali was offered status outside the graduated procedure, subject to a NIS 30,000 deposit.

The firm challenged that decision in a further appeal, seeking temporary residence without the proposed condition.
The outcome
Following the appeal, the tribunal ordered the authority to summon the couple to grant Natali temporary residency. The 25 June 2017 publication records her receipt of A/5 status and an identity card.
