The background

The family faced removal after the tribunal refused temporary protection while their appeal was pending.

Our work

We applied to the District Court to overturn the decision on interim protection.

The outcome

After the tribunal refused interim relief, the firm appealed to the District Court. That decision was reversed and enforcement of removal was barred during the appeal and for 60 days after its determination. This was temporary protection.

About the firm

Years of work on individual cases

Ellison Mozes has operated since 2007. Attorneys David Ellison and David Mozes handle visa, citizenship and family status applications in Israel and represent clients before the Population Authority, the Appeals Tribunal and the courts. These stories cover outcomes at different stages, from entry approval and protection from removal to residency and citizenship.

These stories are based on the firm’s publications. Each case depends on its circumstances; a result in one case does not guarantee the same outcome in another.
